The Chef and his team find their inspiration in the vegetable garden of Château Saint-Roux to develop daily menus and a wine list, consisting of simple dishes that respect the produce.

La Table de Saint-Roux is also an invitation to discover the many facets of our estate: find a selection of cheeses from the Lorgues Cheese Factory. Enjoy the wood-fired breads, prepared daily by our artisan baker.
